I’m Rachel.

I’m a coach, consultant, and lifelong artist, and I’m obsessed with making things work better.

I sniff out weak links and potential pitfalls. I see the micro and the macro. Efficiency is my north star. I’m a systems thinker and a diagnostician: I can tell in an instant how a strategic decision today affects logistics, marketing, inventory, cash flow — and similarly how a belief or habit shapes actions, outcomes, and our entire lives.

Since starting my freelance music career at age 13, I’ve worked in every department imaginable for Lyric Opera of Chicago, the Elgin Youth Symphony Orchestra, the National Youth Orchestra of Iraq, Youth Outlook, Crate & Barrel, Eileen Fisher, Living Tea, and more. I attended and quickly dropped out of the University of Chicago. I’m a certified mindfulness meditation instructor, and I love all things weird and esoteric. (Well, a lot of them at least.)

What am I up to now?

I’m here to change the way WE work: People, teams, and businesses.

Everywhere I go, I see people falling into the same traps I did: Every new job I took, I hung all my hopes on it being “the one.” I had no idea what my real gifts were, so I did whatever anyone else told me I was good at. I was flattered any time I got an invitation, saying “yes” when I was already overbooked and exhausted.

I tried to prove my worth by doing more, instead of utilizing my unique gifts. I ended up wasting my time and energy in jobs I didn’t like, doing things that didn’t matter to me.

And I paid the price. Devastating highs and lows, chronic pain and fatigue, and seemingly endless periods of confusion and dis-ease. My body was always telling me, “Something’s not right, and you know it.”

After years of working this way, my chronic pain finally forced me to look inward. I realized how desperately I was misapplying myself to measure up to someone else’s standards of “success.”

Through months of coaching, study, contemplation, and a lot of lying on the floor, I began to strip away the shadows and form a picture of my true self. I understood the value in my unique gifts — and I stopped pretending to be someone else.

In order to heal from years of self-imposed stress, I had to radically reconstruct the way I viewed myself.

And once I finally owned my Genius and developed the courage to say no everything else, things changed immediately.

  • I no longer felt guilty for turning down opportunities.

  • I confidently upheld my boundaries and communicated my needs.

  • My team projects were no longer a burden, as I seized the roles I was suited for and helped everyone else find theirs.

  • I finally felt valuable, purposeful, and driven — and it came from within, not from anyone else’s external validation.

Now I help others do the same.

I asked: “What is my genius?”
Here’s what you said.

LET’S WORK TOGETHER

I work with people who are ready to change: their businesses, careers, and entire lives.

They’re tired of stress, hustle, proving, and disconnection. They’re ready to rediscover their identity, their passions, and their natural state of flow and joy. They’re not in it for a quick win; they want real evolution.

Integrity is my highest value. I don’t do things the old way: I’ll never pressure you to work with me, because I actually care about your success — not my ego. I’ll be the first person to refer you to another expert if it’ll catalyze your evolution.

I’m here to be your hype man and cheerleader. I support you in building a foundation and committing to your goals. I clear the path in front of you and keep you on it. I’m your guide. I can’t take the action for you.

I’m not for everyone. Our conversations will go deep on marketing logistics one minute, then your limiting childhood beliefs the next. This work is potent and confronting. But if you’re tired of being stuck in indecision and purposelessness; if you’ve tried everything and it doesn’t seem to work; then it’s time to do something new. Challenging. Disruptive.

Let’s imagine the possibilities together.

Every coaching journey begins with a single session. During that time, we’ll determine what the most fruitful way is to continue our work together, ranging from regularly-scheduled sessions (great for accountability and momentum) to Q&A support on a messaging app. Each journey is unique, and that’s what makes it so exciting.
