  1. Sit, stand, or walk quietly.

  2. Disabuse yourself of the notion that life has any meaning or purpose.

  3. Inhale through the nose, expanding the belly.

  4. Exhale through the nose, relaxing the pelvic region.

  5. Allow the past and future to collapse into the clean emptiness which surrounds you.

  6. Continue.
